Hi,

I have a problem with the bicubic and bilinear remapping with OASIS3-MCT_3.0. Here is my namcouple :

CONSFTOT SONSHMED 1 86400 3 flxat.nc EXPOUT

116617 1 567 264 sfxc tm12

R 0 R 0

CHECKIN SCRIPR CHECKOUT

INT=1

BILINEAR LR SCALAR LATLON 10

INT=1

And here is the error I get in the debug file for the bilinear interpolation :

WARNING: Cannot make bilinear interpolation for target point 3764

Using non-masked points among 4 nearest neighbors.

I do not understand the error. Could you explain what is going wrong ?

Hi Florence,

I had a look at your grids and sfxc is a logically rectangular grid (i,j). You must define it using both dimensions in i and j direction.

You must put in your namcouple :

FSENDANA FRECVANA 1 7200 3 rst.nc EXPOUT

432 288 567 264 sfxm tm12

If you put : 116617 1 567 264 sfxc tm12, it is as if sfxc was a gaussian reduced grid which is not the case and which is misleading for OASIS.
