Scientific proposal

Please, upload here your scientific proposal in PDF format and not longer than to 2 pages. It must include the project objectives, the work plan, the required resources (including the justification for the use of the service which data need to be accessed, the storage capacity needs, the CPU hours, and the demand for virtual machines), and the impact statement (presentations in conferences, scientific articles, ...).
